Trained as a Neuroprotective Developmental Care (NDC) Practitioner by Pam Douglas, founder of the acclaimed Possums program, I provide parents with comprehensive and holistic sleep support for their babies. Unlike traditional sleep training methods such as "cry it out" or "self-settling," I focus on respecting your baby's developmental stage and setting realistic sleep expectations. We aim to help your baby thrive by enhancing feeding and providing the right sensory input throughout the day, promoting calm and restful sleep at night.
